From the looks of it, the Cabin Air Filter in this Holden Commodore hasn't been replaced in a very long time. We check the cabin filter in your car at every service we do, to prevent something like this happening. 

The customer was completely unaware there is a filter inside the car and she was absolutely in a state of shock when we showed it to her.
